The Council has received ring fenced capital programme funding from the Government’s Community Capacity Grant to support the development of specific adult social care initiatives. Funding of £490,995 is committed for 2013/14 and £500,913 is earmarked for 2014/15.
The Cabinet will be asked to approve the implementation of an improvement programme which will be wholly funded by this grant.
