Decision Details: The Council's draft Community Infrastructure Levy proposals were approved for public consultation and examination by the Planning Inspectorate on 22 January 2013. The Planning Inspectorate's report is due in June 2014. The CIL will apply to most new developments and will generate funding to provide infrastructure to support growth. Subject to the conclusions of the PI's report, the Cabinet will be asked to recommend the Assembly to adopt the CIL.
