Further to Minute 55 (19 February 2014) and following provisional approval by the Department of Communities and Local Government of the Council’s intention to ban skateboarding in the Barking Town Square area, the Assembly will be asked to agree the sealing of the byelaw order following which the final stage of the byelaw process, a 30 day consultation, will be undertaken.
