Cabinet had previously agreed to purchase the former Remploy building on Creek Road and asked for a future report setting out options for disposal following demolition works, marriage of leasehold and freehold interests and removal of restrictive covenants.
The Cabinet will be presented with a report on a range of options for the Council to bring the site back into active employment and realise investment potential and will be asked to agree the way forward.
