Arrangements for Advocacy provision in 2015/16 and future years

The Care Act 2014 expands the duties on local authorities withregard to arranging independent advocacy for service usersand carers.  In response to this it is necessary to review ourcurrent arrangements and make plans toensure adequate provision of independent advocacy locally.
