By Minute 28 (25 November 2014), the Assembly adopted the LBBD Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule and agreed an implementation date of 2 March 2015 for the new charges.
The Assembly will now be asked to agree a revised implementation date of 1 April 2015 for the new charges.
