The Board will be asked to authorised delegated authority in relation to extending the contract held by Triangle Care for the provision of care and support and housing related support in four Extra Care schemes in the Borough.
The current contract with Triangle Care has an option to extend the contract for a further year. Due to the size of the contract, under the Council’s Contract Rules the Board’s consent is required to exercise this option.
