The CCG presented the case for change for stroke rehabilitation services to the Health and Wellbeing Board on 8 September 2015. The CCG has agreed a pre-consultation business case and is undertaking a formal consultation on options for the future service model.
The Board will be asked to comment upon and make recommendations on the options presented.
