The Board will be presented with the end of year performance of the Better Care Fund (BCF) schemes and against national metrics together with the draft high level BCF Plans for the in 2016/17.
The Board will be asked to support the draft BCF Plans 2016/17 and give Delegated Authority for the sign off of the final BCF Plans 2016/17, which have to be submitted to NHS England at the end of March 2017.
