Decision Details: Ahead of the development of a new three-year Local Implementation Plan (LIP3) for 2017/18 onwards, the Cabinet will be asked to recommend the Assembly to approve the submission of a further transitional one-year spending plan to Transport for London (TfL) for funding for local transport schemes, including a range of road safety, traffic management, highways maintenance and cycling/walking schemes for implementation in 2018/19.
