The Council has secured a grant of £720,000 from Arts Council England to develop the Pen To Print creative writing programme, to be delivered by the Council’s library service, for a four-year period starting in April 2018, subject to approval by Arts Council England of a satisfactory business plan.
The Cabinet will be asked to approve the detail of the project.
