Decision Details: To achieve the vision of the Borough Manifesto, the Council must ensure that its approach is consistent across all of its activity and work with residents. It therefore needs a robust strategic framework and ‘golden thread’ that runs from its long-term vision all the way down to individual service delivery and performance targets. The Cabinet will be asked to recommend the Assembly to approve a new Corporate Plan for 2020-22.
