Report of the Local Government Ombudsman on a matter relating to Blue Badge Applications (Non-Visible Disabilities)

The Assembly will receive a report on the outcome of an investigation by the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman where the Council has been found at fault in respect of its processing of Blue Badge applications for non-visible (hidden) disabilities, together with the Council’s action plan in response to the Ombudsman’s recommendations.
