Decision Details: The Assembly agreed the new Corporate Plan 2020-22 and performance framework in May 2020, at the height of the first wave of COVID-19, with the understanding that the Plan and performance framework may need to be reviewed as the crisis unfolded to reflect the new reality in which the Council was working. The Cabinet will be provided with an update in light of COVID-19 and its implementation over the past few months and be asked to (i) approve proposed revisions to the performance framework; (ii) approve the three overarching strategies of Inclusive Growth, Prevention, Independence and Resilience and Participation and Engagement; and (iii) recommend the Assembly to approve the reviewed Corporate Plan.
