The Cabinet will be asked to approve proposals, recommended by the Greater London Employment Forum, for the Council to enter into an Employment Service Passport Agreement as a means of improving collaboration and networking across the NHS and Local Government sectors whereby accrued service for individuals moving between the sectors would be recognised in terms of continuous service and other contractual entitlements.
