The Cabinet will be asked to approve arrangements relating to the procurement of a new contract for the provision of temporary accommodation, to commence in June 2023, which will assist the Council in meeting its statutory duties to provide temporary housing pending long-term solutions, in accordance with Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996 and the Homeless Reduction Act 2017.
