By Minute 4 (19 June 2018), the Cabinet approved proposals for the Council to work with The Football Foundation and other bodies on a major improvement project via the national ‘Parklife’ programme at Parsloes Park.
In light of significant increases to project costs mainly due to inflation in construction and component costs, the Cabinet will be asked to reconsider the Council’s commitment to the overall project and, if appropriate, approve additional funding through borrowing.
