All NHS healthcare providers are asked to write an annual report about the quality of services they provide.
The Quality Report will enable the NELFT to engage with service users, carers, staff, stakeholders, partner organisations and the public in an open and transparent way. The Report will identify NELFT’s key priorities for the year ahead and look back, showing the improvements made in the last year to improve the quality of care that NELFT provides.
