Decision Details: Section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005 requires the Council, as the Licensing Authority for gaming and betting, to prepare and publish a Statement of Gambling Licensing Policy in accordance with a statutory three-year cycle. The Assembly will be recommended to adopt the LBBD Statement of Gambling Licensing Policy 2023 - 2026.
