The Council provides staff training in a number of different ways, including engaging external trainers where necessary. The Cabinet will be asked to approve the procurement strategy for the engagement of a managed training provider via the ESPO Managed Training Services Framework (no. 383_21) in preparation for the ending of the current contract in September 2023.
