The four Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Newham, and Redbridge, which make up the East London Waste Authority area, are working collaboratively to prepare a new East London Joint Waste Plan (ELJWP), covering issues such as strategic planning of waste sites and planning policy, to replace the 2012 East London Joint Waste Development Plan Document.
The Cabinet will be asked to approve the Regulation 18 ELJWP for public consultation.
