The Local Government Association (LGA) has been commissioned, working alongside the Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Council, to deliver BCF programme support to local systems to enable the delivery of integrated health and social care in a way that supports person-centred care, sustainability and better outcomes for people and carers.
The CiC will be presented with a report on the progress to date and initial findings, ahead of a final report in September 2024.
