The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham Fostering Panel (previously known as the Safeguarding and Rights Fostering Panel) convenes on the first Tuesday of each month at the Civic Centre, Dagenham.
Its purpose is to approve and de-register foster carers, monitor reviews of foster carers and other quality issues and ‘match’ appropriate carers to children.
