1.	Declaration of Members' Interests In accordance with the Council’s Constitution, Members are asked to declare any interest they may have in any matter which is to be considered at this meeting. Minutes: There were no declarations of interest.
2.	Minutes (30 September 2020) PDF 60 KB Minutes: The minutes of the meeting held on 30 September 2020 were confirmed as correct.
3.	Appointment of Mayor 2021/22 The Council is asked to receive nominations for the appointment of Mayor for 2021/22. Minutes: The Chair asked for nominations for the appointment of Mayor for the 2021/22 municipal year. Cllr Carpenter moved that Cllr Fergus be appointed as Mayor of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham for the forthcoming year 2021/22. The motion was seconded by Cllr Saleem. There were no other nominations. The Council resolved that Cllr Edna Fergus be appointed as Mayor of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham for the 2021/22 municipal year.
4.	Appointment of Young Mayor 2021/22 The Council is asked to note the Appointment of Young Mayor 2021/22. Minutes: The Chief Executive advised that the Barking and Dagenham (BAD) Youth Forum had appointed a new Young Mayor; Labella Anum, following its election process in February 2021. The Leader of the Council conveyed the Council’s appreciation to the outgoing Young Mayor, Jessica Soares Paim, for the able manner in which she discharged her duties during 2020/21. The Council noted the appointed of Labella Anum as Young Mayor for 2021/22.
